TCS president Charles Johnson’s experience also extends to pre-ADA paratransit, ADA training, ADA regulation, human service brokerages and other Americans With Disabilities Act topics.

The assessment included a review of all contract requirements, compliance with the American’s With Disabilities Act (ADA), management practices, a review of performance statistics, recommendations on settings in the Trapeze software system, etc.
