Medicaid Transportation Service

TCS has worked on various Medicaid transportation or other medical transportation projects across the United States. For example, in the largest contracted Medicaid Transportation project in the United States, TCS provided a comprehensive RFP review, on-site assessment and recommendations, operating plan consulting, contracted scope of work consulting, presentation assistance, consulting on subcontracting with transportation companies and the subcontracted call center operator, presentation assistance and then additional as-needed consulting for ongoing operations and contract administration. TCS worked on two consecutive solicitations on this project over five years.
