TCS president Charles Johnson has consulted on local and state for-hire transportation regulation in numerous jurisdictions and covering a broad spectrum of issues. TCS consulting experience includes the supply and demand for for-hire vehicles, entry controls, company and association requirements, rates of fare regulation, service level regulations, dispatching requirements, vehicle requirements, environmental issues and clean fuels, wheelchair accessibility requirements, insurance and claims requirements, driver training requirements, driver security requirements, multiple jurisdiction issues, coverage area issues, franchise processes including RFPs, airport regulation, for-hire vehicles in public transportation service and regulatory enforcement issues.
