RFP Consulting
TCS has consulted on a number of transportation solicitations as well as consulting on the RFP process. On one such RFP, TCS provided comprehensive consulting assistance to a large transit authority with van pool RFP specifications and other RFP consulting, for 200+ vehicles. TCS assistance included assistance in identifying project objectives; a review of approaches to van pool RFPs; assistance with specifications, evaluation criteria, and other consulting on RFP document and on the presentation to industry representatives at the pre-proposal conference meeting.
